Hello everybody,

Here are the details for our July 13th event. The menu the Falls Inn has put together for us looks amazing. There are many choices so please select one appetizer and one main when you reply with your order. Accommodations for this gorgeous inn for the night of the tasting can be made at Reservations@thefallsinn.com , website www.thefallsinn.com or call (519) 794-4388. Seating is limited and will be taken on a first come, first served basis.

Price includes appetizer, haggis, dinner and dessert as well as three Scotch whiskies to be announced, and of course, a Robbie Burns “Address to the Haggis.” Either email (kincardinewhiskey@gmail.com ) payment or drop it off at Cool Smokers on Queen St. Kincardine.

Appetizer(choose one):

Organic spring mix salad
Baby greens, water chestnuts, blueberries, kiwi, julienne turnip, goat cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette

or

Beet and goat cheese napoleon on fresh greens

HaggisNeeps, tatties and whisky sauce.

Main entrée (choose one):

Slow braised lamb shank

Onion and parmesan mashed potato, rosemary and balsamic vegetables

Chicken supreme

Baked breast of chicken with blueberry and apple wine chutney, seasoned vegetables and cauliflower fritter

Sea Bass

Pan fried in brown butter with cauliflower fritter and corn salsa

Vegetarian/ vegan entree

Mediterranean vegetable polenta

Dessert:

Strawberry shortcake
